Location: Warriors Path Golf Course

Registration at 11:00am

Lunch at 12:00pm

Golf at 12:45pm

Teams: 4 Players "Select Shot"

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for the Top Team(s), Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin

Gifts: All golfers will receive a gift -AND- any golfer making a donation of $500 will also receive 1 Dozen Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls

Self-Sponsor: Donation of $125 or more (golfers typically donate between $250-$2000)

Team-Sponsor: Donation of $500, $1000, or $2000 or more for a team of 4 golfers

Business-Sponsor: Sponsorship of $1000 or more for a team of 4 golfers (This also includes signage and recognition at the event)
